BIA shares sophomore EP, ‘For Certain’

With features from Lil Durk, Lil Jon, 42 Dugg and more.

BIA has shared her sophomore EP, For Certain.

The eight-track project includes a number of the Boston rapper’s previously released songs, such as “Skate,” “Cover Girl,” and “Same Hands” with Lil Durk. It also features new collaborations with Lil Jon, 42 Dugg and Doe Boy.

For Certain is also BIA’s first release through Epic Records, after inking a new deal with the label earlier this year. The rapper had previously expressed her frustrations with her previous labels, RCA Records and Pharrell’s I Am Other imprint, on her song “Free BIA (1st Day Out)” (which also appears on the new EP).

“So, I was in a deal, my last situation for a long time, about maybe four or five years, and I got shelved,” BIA told HipHopDX about her label troubles. “I thought, ‘Oh I’m signed now; I made it.’ And it was quite the opposite. So, going through that experience and that learning curve, it kind of grew me into a businesswoman.”

For Certain follows BIA’s 2018 debut EP, Nice Girls Finish Last: Cuidado. Stream her new project below:
