Benny the Butcher drops double video for “Da Mob” and “Quarantine”

The first offering from ‘Gangsta Grillz X BSF Da Respected Sopranos’ EP.

Benny the Butcher has released a double video for his new songs, the Rick Hyde- and Heem-assisted “Da Mob” and “Quarantine.”

The clip kicks off with “Da Mob,” which mixes black-and-white footage of the rappers with animated scenes. It then cuts to Benny driving around New York City while rapping “Quarantine.”

The video arrived shortly after Benny announced his Black Soprano Family collective’s partnership with Entertainment One. “It’s been one of my dreams to do a label deal and put my homies in position to win,” the Griselda rapper said in a press release.

“I want to expose the talent from my area and I want to expose the world to the talent they may not have heard unless it was brought to you by Black Soprano Family; I see us as leaders; I’m cut from that cloth,” he added.

“Da Mob” and “Quarantine” will appear on Gangsta Grillz X BSF Da Respected Sopranos, a forthcoming compilation project from Black Soprano Family that’s scheduled to arrive sometime in June.
