Days after releasing his new album, YHLQMDLG, Bad Bunny has dropped videos for two album cuts: “Si Veo a Tu Mamá” and “Pero Ya No.”
The clip for “Si Veo a Tu Mamá” opens on a man preparing to take his own life while at New Year’s Eve party in 2000. However, he’s interrupted by a child who leads him away, the two find solace by listening to Bad Bunny’s song on a cassette player. Elsewhere in the video, the Puerto Rican rapper plays a partygoer who performs “Si Veo a Tu Mamá” on a karaoke machine.
On the other hand, the visual for “Pero Ya No” centers on innocent young love. The video follows two kids who spend a day at the playground, exploring an aquarium and at a movie theater. Benito makes an appearance as an usher who serves the children popcorn and collects their tickets.
Both videos were co-directed by Bunny with Stillz. The songs are cuts from the Puerto Rican musician’s latest album, YHLQMDLG, which arrived over the weekend. The record also features the song “Ignorantes,” featuring Sech.
