B. Cool-Aid release laid-back “Me & U” video

A chill song to soundtrack your summer porch hangs.

If this video for “Me & U” is any indication, B. Cool-Aid can’t wait for summer.

The California rap duo have dropped a short film for the track from their album, Syrup, released earlier this year, that captures the drowsy vibe of a Cali porch in summertime. Pink Siifu’s lyrics about enduring crushes drift effortlessly over producer Ahwlee’s soulful instrumental, creating vibes you’ll want to bask in.

The duo both star in the Taylor Jones-directed clip, which depicts a laid-back Cali porch hang complete with joints and friends. “[I] wanted to do something that paid tribute to front porches in Cali like scenes in Boyz N Tha Hood and Friday,” Pink Siifu explained to the FADER, which premiered the clip. “In every video we try to express honesty and blackness and appreciation for our culture in an easy nostalgic way.”
