According to Deadline, the project is led by the newly formed production company Modern Magic, which is headed by former MGM Co-President of Production Adam Rosenberg and Oscar-winning director Rodney Rothman.

Stand-up comic and TV writer Jaboukie Young-White will pen the script while Interscope Films’ Tony Seyler, John Janick and Steve Berman will executive produce. Juice’s mom Carmella Wallace, his manager Peter Jideonwo and close collaborator Lil Bibby have also signed on as executive producers.
