A$AP Rocky, BlocBoy JB link up on “Bad Company”

Rocky’s latest tune of 2018 is, unlike his previous drops this year, a finished product.

His last studio album dropped way back in 2015, but A$AP Rocky has been keeping busy this year. The Harlem rapper has dropped a couple of tracks so far, and yesterday kept up the momentum with “Bad Company,” featuring BlocBoy JB.

Unlike his previous three tunes this year, “Bad Company” is a finished product. It’s upbeat and funky, with Rocky putting his smooth, almost understated, flow to good effect. BlocBoy JB, an up-and-coming Memphis rapper, also proves that he’s ready for the big time—this is his third major feature, after appearing on Drake and 21 Savage tracks.

Rocky has been teasing a new album, tentatively titled Testing, for months now. He initially said the record would drop before 2018, but with that deadline long gone, here’s hoping it comes sooner rather than later.
