Watch Jayda G’s video for “All I Need,” from her DJ-Kicks comp

The Canadian producer’s DJ-Kicks mix is out next month.

The next edition in the DJ-Kicks mix series will be headed by Canadian producer Jayda G, who has shared new single “All I Need” alongside a nostalgic music video.

The track received a nostalgic video treatment, which contains footage filmed at a Canadian rave during the mid-1990s. Director David Ehrenreich subtly inserts Jayda G into the vibrant festival and delivers a projected visual of an animated three-eyed head that sings the lyrics to “All I Need.”

“‘All I Need’ is a music video that plays around with time,” Jayda elaborated in a statement. “With the visuals placing me at this ’90s rave set in the BC wilderness, the watcher doesn’t know the difference between what is happening now and what was then, truly emulating the words and sentiments of the song in ‘how I feel now, how I feel then, nothing, nothing, nothing has changed.’”

Besides “All I Need,” Jayda’s DJ-Kicks mix will also feature tracks from Don Blackman, LNS, Fred Again.. and DJ Koze. It will be released on May 14 via !K7 Records. She’d previously released the EP Both of Us / Are You Down in July last year.
