TOKiMONSTA—aka Jennifer Lee—has released a beautiful animated video for her latest single, “Love That Never.”

The vibrant clip, which was created by Sydney-based studio Babekühl, follows the adventures of a girl who wakes up in a strange world with giant squids, fishes with wings and underwater mountains. She runs through the ever-changing watercolor landscape until she finds a rainbow portal which teleports her back home.

“Love is a beautiful sensation that fills us up, but can also leave us empty and bare,” Lee said of the song’s inspiration in a tweet. “‘Love That Never’ is a personal reminder that if we foster our own intangible love, we will always be fulfilled.”

“Love That Never” is Lee’s third release of the year, following “Dream Chorus” and “Strange Froot.” The latter two songs appeared on the compilation album Young Art Sound II, which was released on her label Young Arts Records.
