Tiësto, Dzeko team up with Post Malone, Preme on “Jackie Chan”

It's more of a reimagining than a remix.

You might’ve already heard of “Jackie Chan.” No, not that martial arts master but the Preme track, which features music’s favorite sadboi, Post Malone. Tiësto and his production partner Dzeko certainly did—and they’ve decided to give the hip hop release a major makeover.

The track kicks off with a cruisy guitar strum that sounds like it was lifted straight from a summer anthem. Then Posty’s unmistakeable vocals kick in: “I just ordered sushi from Japan / Now your bitch wanna kick it Jackie Chan.” That’s when a drop that feels distinctly Tiësto kicks in, lifting the track to hands-in-the-air heights. Preme’s rap is still there, too, alongside the laid-back rhymes that feel right at home on the newer, more uptempo cut.

Fans of the original will feel like they’re listening to a brand-new single, and newbies will have a new party anthem. Win-win for everybody.
