The Chainsmokers send off 2018 with a new album, ‘Sick Boy’

An album a year in the making.

The Chainsmokers have spent the year drip-feeding fans tracks from their new album, Sick Boy. Today, the full record finally arrived.

The ten-track LP features their chart-topping singles “This Feeling,” featuring Kelsea Ballerini, and the Emily Warren-assisted “Side Effects.” All the songs on the album sound a little different than the last, but each has the potential to turn into bona fide smashes. Aside from Ballerini and Warren, Sick Boy is also loaded with celebrity cameos from Drew Love, Winona Oak, NGHTMRE and Aazar.

Elsewhere, Andrew Taggart (who’s one-half of the Chainsmokers, FYI) stands front and center to sing verses that address racial politics in America (“Sick Boy”) and his critics (“You Owe Me”).
