The Chainsmokers, NGHTMRE tell you to “Save Yourself”

When two types of dance music collide.

The Chainsmokers are one of dance music’s most successful acts, combining introspective pop hooks with EDM beats for a sound that set charts on fire across the globe. But for their most recent track “Save Yourself,” they’ve teamed up with future bass king NGHTMRE to produce something a little different.

The track is a total bass attack on your speakers. So take their advice: Save yourself by stepping back. NGHTMRE brings his hard-hitting, warped sonic style to bear on The Chainsmokers’ pop-inflected production to create one helluva badass banger.

“We’ve always been a huge fan of [NGHTMRE]’s style of producing and thought that if we came together on a song we could make something really unique,” The Chainsmokers said in a statement. “The idea of making something really gnarly was very appealing.”
