Take a trip to Seven Lions, Wooli, Trivecta’s “Island”

Three times the star power.

Seven Lions, Wooli and Trivecta’s highly anticipated collab “Island” is finally out for your listening pleasure.

The track starts off slow as vocalist Nevve gently floats over an atmospheric beat. “I’ve been trying to roll like a stone on your island,” she sings, referring to a lover who’s emotionally unavailable. Once it hits the one-minute mark, layers of intricate production begin to build underneath her vocals. Then, the first massive drop comes crashing down.

That’s not all, though. Just when you thought you’ve heard how bass-heavy “Island” is going to get, a second dubstep-influenced drop comes in to shake up the speakers.

“Island” does a brilliant job of combining the sounds of three distinct, but equally awesome acts. And with plenty of monster drops in the one song, it’s a must-listen for anyone who likes their EDM with a punch. Or three.
