Kygo, OneRepublic release “Lose Somebody”

Off the Norwegian producer’s upcoming album.

Kygo has released “Lose Somebody,” featuring OneRepublic. It’s yet another song from the Norwegian producer’s upcoming third album, Golden Hour.

This isn’t the first time the two parties have come together: They had previously collaborated on the 2018 hit “Stranger Things,” and just recently reunited for OneRepublic’s Human single, “Didn’t I.” For their third joint offering, “Lose Somebody,” OneRepublic and Kygo show off their virtuosic ability to write tender love ballads.

“So happy to work with [OneRepublic frontman] @ryantedder and the guys again!” Kygo posted on Instagram. “This one is a little different than the previous songs, but I really really love it! Hope you guys like it as well.”

“Lose Somebody” is the latest preview of Kygo’s Golden Hour album, which is due out May 29. He had previously dropped the album cuts “Freedom,” “Like it is,” “I’ll Wait” and “High Love.”
