Hear Kaytranada deconstruct Dua Lipa’s “Don’t Start Now”

The producer offers a rework of the nu-disco track.

Kaytranada has been tapped to remix Dua Lipa’s chart-topping single “Don’t Start Now.”

The Canadian DJ/producer reimagines the nu-disco single from Lipa’s sophomore LP Future Nostalgia as a dreamy, deconstructed club track. His remix comes after the August release of Club Future Nostalgia, a remix album curated by The Blessed Madonna. She enlisted Madonna and Missy Elliott to rework “Levitating,” and other artists like Yaeji, Moodymann, Mark Ronson and more to put their own spin on Future Nostalgia.

Late last year, Kaytranada shared the album Bubba, which featured the likes of Kali Uchis and Masego, and dropped an instrumental version of the record last week. In July, he released the Lucky Daye-assisted song “Look Easy.”
