Com Truise releases new single, “Existence Schematic”

It’s the first track off his forthcoming mini-album, ‘Persuasion System.’

Seth Haley has announced Persuasion System, a new mini-album under his Com Truise moniker, and shared its first single, “Existence Schematic.”

Featuring spacey synths and a hypnotic drum pattern, the song continues Haley’s infatuation with ’80s aesthetics. But unlike its predecessors, “Existence Schematic” is less Vice City music-inspired, and instead takes cues from retro sci-fi films like Blade Runner and Tron.

In a press statement, the Los Angeles producer explained that the track is about “looking down at the landscape.” “[It’s] seeing the lights in a schematic sort of way, wondering who or what is looking back up at me wondering the same things I am, the impact of a single existence, the end, the beginning, where it’s gone and going,” he said.
