A new Disclosure album is on its way

The only question is when.

It’s official: Disclosure’s got a new album in the works.

The English electronic duo confirmed it during their recent interview with Annie Mac on BBC Radio 1. “We seem to be back right now. It’s definitely been awhile. Hundred percent an album is being made—that’s for sure,” the pair stated.

Earlier this month, the Lawrence brothers surprised fans with five new tracks, “Funky Sensation,” “Moonlight,” “Love Can be So Hard,” “Where Angels Fear to Tread” and “Where You Come From.” This came after they had released their tropical house-inspired banger, “Ultimatum,” in May.

However, it’s hard to tell if any of the singles will even appear on their forthcoming record.

“Whether or not these songs make it [to the album] is yet to be seen. We’ve been writing a lot. We reckon we’ve put together about 80 to 100 different ideas over the past year,” they said. “But we have no idea which of them, if any, will actually be on the album. It’s a serious track listing job to come now.”

Regardless, we’re just excited there’s more new Disclosure music coming our way soon.
