At 85 years of age, Willie Nelson is showing no signs of slowing down. He’s just announced his second album of the year, My Way—and it’s an ambitious one.
The record a tribute to the country legend’s friend Frank Sinatra, featuring covers and other snippets of work associated with him. To mark the announcement, Nelson also released a stripped-down cover of “Summer Wind” that swaps out the brass symphony and Ol’ Blue Eyes’ Rat Pack vocals with a gently plucked guitar and, of course, Nelson’s inimitable rasp.
