Tanya Tucker brings down the Opry with “Hard Luck”

A cut from her latest album, ‘While I’m Livin’.’

Tanya Tucker recently graced the stage of the Grand Ole Opry to perform “Hard Luck,” a cut from her latest album While I’m Livin’.

Dressed in a sparkly rhinestone jumpsuit, the country legend delivered a triumphant rendition of the infectious track. “’Cause I was foolish and I wouldn’t heed / I knew my crazy ways were bound to succeed / Nobody’s fault, and I won’t pass a buck / It was my own hard head and a little bit of hard luck,” she sang. Tucker then ended her performance to rousing applause from the audience, before blowing a kiss to the crowd.

Aside from “Hard Luck,” While I’m Livin’ also features “Bring My Flowers Now” and a cover of Miranda Lambert’s “The House That Built Me.” The record arrived last month via Fantasy Records.
