Ryan Hurd releases cover-filled ‘EOM’ EP

He takes on songs by Luke Bryan, Lady A, Taylor Swift and more.

Ryan Hurd has released his brand-new EP, EOM (which stands for “Every Other Memory”).

The seven-track project includes covers of Luke Bryan’s “Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset,” Lady A’s “What if I Never Get Over You,” Rascal Flatt’s “Payback” and Diplo’s “Heartless”—all songs Hurd had co-written. Also included is his rendition of Taylor Swift’s “False God,” a live recording of “Wish for the World” from a sold-out Nashville show, and an acoustic version of the EP’s title track.

“This is a project I’ve always wanted to do but never thought the timing would work,” the singer shared in a statement. “I hope everyone loves these versions because I’m so grateful I get to share them.”

Prior to this, Hurd released the studio version of “Every Other Memory,” his 2019 EP Platonic, and appeared in the music video for his wife Maren Morris’ hit single, “The Bones.”
