RaeLynn is ready to get wild and “Rowdy”

And she ain’t afraid to let everyone know.

RaeLynn lets loose on her fierce new single, “Rowdy.”

The former The Voice contestant dropped the catchy track last Thursday after teasing it on Instagram the day before. The budding country singer channels Gretchen Wilson’s “Redneck Woman” on the song, singing about how unapologetically Southern she really is: “The redneck thing about me is I’m all hell yeah and howdy / I get rowdy, I get mouthy when I get all my friends around me / You can hear us from across the county / Yeah my crowd we, uh, get rowdy.”

The song is RaeLynn’s third non-album single since dropping her debut LP WildHorse in 2017, after last year’s “Tailgate” and “Queens Don’t.” She is also currently a supporting act on Kane Brown’s Live Forever tour.
