Luke Combs shares deluxe version of ‘What You See is What You Get’

With an additional five songs.

Luke Combs has dropped the deluxe edition of his 2019 sophomore album What You See is What You Get.

The expanded edition of the record bears five new songs and a cheeky title: What You See Ain’t Always What You Get. Of the additions, “Forever After All” stands out as a stirring tribute to Combs’ wife, Nicole. “Without You” also features guest star Amanda Shires, who contributes elegant strings to the track.

Combs was recently crowned Top Country Artist at the Billboard Music Awards 2020, where he also performed album cut “Better Together.” Yesterday, he joined Brooks & Dunn to perform “1, 2 Many” at the 2020 CMT Music Awards. As they performed the ode to drinking, Brooks threw a beer to Combs, who shotgunned the can in seconds before ripping into the final moments of the song.
