Loretta Lynn releases “Ruby’s Stool”

A honky-tonk number from the Country Music Hall of Famer.

Country legend Loretta Lynn has released “Ruby’s Stool”, taken from her forthcoming studio LP Wouldn’t it be Great.

Initially announced in April 2017, the follow up to the 86-year-old’s Grammy-nominated Full Circle was delayed due to a stroke that the artist suffered last May at her home, just outside Music City.

“Ruby’s Stool” is one of 13 tracks off the forthcoming album, which was co-produced by John Carter Cash and Lynn’s daughter, Patsy Lynn Russell. “I’m feelin’ good and look forward to it comin’ out,” Lynn recently tweeted.
