Kelsea Ballerini and Halsey have teamed up for a gorgeous rendition of the latter’s song “Graveyard,” which will appear on an upcoming episode of CMT Crossroads.
The duo transformed the song into a powerful duet, trading verses before coming together for gorgeous harmonies on the chorus. “They say I may be making a mistake / I would’ve followed all the way, no matter how far / I know when you go down all your darkest roads / I would’ve followed all the way to the graveyard,” they sang as lights flashed behind them.
“Graveyard” is a cut from Halsey’s recently released LP, Manic, which also features “Finally // Beautiful Stranger” and the chart-topping “Without Me.” Meanwhile, Ballerini previously dropped the songs “Club” and “Homecoming Queen?” from her forthcoming third studio album, Kelsea, due out March 20.
Ballerini and Halsey’s episode of CMT Crossroads premieres March 25 on cable network CMT. In the meantime, watch Ballerini and Halsey perform “Graveyard” below:
