Country sweetheart Danielle Bradbery goes “Psycho”

She covered the Post Malone hit for her ‘Yours Truly: 2018’ project.

In a delightful surprise, country artist Danielle Bradbery has swapped banjos for beats with a cover of Post Malone’s “Psycho.”

For the last installment of her Yours Truly: 2018 project, Bradbery transforms Post’s beat-heavy hit into an emotional, piano-led ballad. She keeps her rework PG, replacing Ty Dolla $ign’s rap with a reprisal of the second verse.

“I grew up listening to all kinds of music from country to R&B and hip hop,” the season four winner of The Voice told Billboard. “All of those influences have impacted my own art.”

Bradbery also previously reworked Ariana Grande’s “God is a Woman” and Kacey Musgraves’ “Slow Burn” for Yours Truly: 2018. Watch her beautiful rendition of “Psycho” below:
