Brothers Osborne drop hard-hitting new song, “Skeletons”

It’s the title track of their third studio album, due out in October.

Brothers Osborne have unveiled “Skeleton,” the thumping title track of their forthcoming third studio album.

Led by a foot-stomping melody and fiery guitar work from John Osborne, the song is a country rock anthem that features TJ Osborne confronting someone about the “skeletons in your closet.”

“I don’t know-oh-oh / How they got there, it’s getting under my skin / Got skeletons in your closet / And I got bones to pick with them,” TJ growls on the catchy chorus.

“Skeletons” is the latest single from their upcoming album, following “All Night” and “Hatin’ Somebody.” Skeletons, due out October 9, is the follow-up to their 2018 LP, Port Saint Joe.

“Our concerts are big, loud, rock shows,” John Osborne said of their upcoming album in a press statement. “We wanted to make a record where, no matter which song we cherry-picked from the tracklist, we’d be able to do it during our show.”
