Brett Eldredge wants you to “Love Someone”

He's feeling the love on his new single.

Singer-songwriter Brett Eldredge is gearing up to release his third album—a self-titled set—and he’s just dropped the first taste of new music.

“Love Someone” is a cruisy, upbeat tune that reflects on all the good feelings that come from loving someone special. “Oh baby, would you look right there / The way the sun is hitting your hair / The way the world just stopped right here / In mid-air, I don’t ever wanna move,” the country crooner sings on the opening lines. If that doesn’t get you feeling warm and fuzzy, then its chorus will.

“When I wake up in the middle of the night / You holding me so tight / Good Lord, I mean, my oh my / Sure feels good to love someone,” Eldredge sings, giving the rush of falling in love a playful country twang.
